Hi, I’m Hailey Russell! A Senior Creative Producer with a background in Media Production and Marketing.

I’m currently at 6sense, where I lead integrated video and design work for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. I’ve grown from post-production into a senior production role, and much of my focus today is on building the systems behind the work, improving workflows, scaling creative operations, and helping teams deliver high-quality work more efficiently.

I’m especially interested in the intersection of creativity and operations—how great ideas get made, scaled, and sustained across teams.

Outside of work, I’m usually working with my hands. Finding the balance of a tech-based, computer-facing, remote job with knitting, painting and pottery.
