March 2025 - Present

Growing into the role of creative manager, I’ve made it my goal to find the pain points in the creative intake process, and implement better ways to work.

In order to better support the marketing org, I decided to pursue an Asana Ambassador Certification. This program deepened my knowledge of our company’s main project management software, and improved my ability to find creative solutions for our process.

Additionally, I have been the sole project lead on onboarding a new digital asset management platform, Bynder, for the entire organization. This required intricate planning, organization, and continuous iterations of adjustments of the site. The digital asset management site was officially launched in tandem with a brand refresh. The asset management created a single source of truth for 6sense employees to find all the new brand assets, and has improved our brand visual alignment across the org.

As I step into the role as Senior Creative Producer, I plan on continuing my education on project management by working towards a PMP Certification program.

April 2024 - March 2025

As the creative team request intake continued to expand with the growing company, I was promoted to leading production for both the design team and video team. This better distributed talent for the video and design team lead to focus on creative strategy, and moved the responsibility of implementation to my role.

• Responsible for the development, execution and management of creative projects from start to finish. Work heavily in the Asana project management platform to ensure the creatives have everything they need to do the creating.

• Facilitate communication and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and the creative personnel to ensure on-time project deliverables.

• Worked from the ground up to document and analyze project work streams to inform the delivery of scalable creative processes.

August 2022 - April 2024

As the company started growing, it was important that the creative team reflected that growth. I was promoted to Video Producer in order to expand and scale our creative capacity.

• I started by building processes around the team's organizational and documentation for better visibility. As the internal video team continued to grow from 2 on-staff video employees, to 3 full-time employees and 3 contractors, it was important to maintain best practices for digital asset organization and communication.

• I collaborated and educated cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful digital assets across web, social, and events.

• I oversaw the virtual recording studio (Riverside.fm) by producing recordings for demos and interviews. I also implemented trainings for users outside of the video team.

September 2021 - August 2022

I was hired as the first addition to the company's internal video team, (previously a one-man-band). This was a thrilling first job out of college as I worked alongside my manager to create captivating video content for our huge annual event, Breakthrough. I was responsible for reviewing and logging footage, as well as finalizing interview edits with polished animations and callouts.
